1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies referenced herein.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or a legally registered business to use our services. You warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Service Description
Fiscal Pro provides an online invoicing and payment platform that facilitates the collection of payments on behalf of registered companies. Payments can be made via mobile money, bank cards, and other integrated methods such as Paynow.
4. Non-Refundable Policy
All transactions completed through our platform are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the merchant or required by law. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are paying the correct amount to the correct recipient.
5. Payment Confirmation
Payments are confirmed once we receive successful notification from the integrated payment provider. A transaction receipt will be issued electronically via email or your account dashboard.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our services, but we do not guarantee continuous availability. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur without prior notice.
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Any activity conducted under your account will be assumed to be performed by you or your authorized representatives.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fiscal Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the previous 30 days.
9. Data and Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store card details or sensitive payment information. All transactions are securely processed via integrated payment gateways.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding payments should first be directed to the merchant. If unresolved, you may contact our support team. We may assist in resolution but are not obligated to mediate or issue refunds.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and software related to Fiscal Pro are the intellectual property of Fiscal Pro (Pvt) Ltd. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any legal actions arising shall be resolved in the courts of Zimbabwe.
